The period of stay is starting from the 13.April.23 by the 20.October.2024 for all apartments type when booking a minimum of 3 nights!

This offer guarantees:
- Free access to a stable internet connection
- Coffee, tea and water upon arrival only
- Parking: free usage of a secured private parking area (reservation not required)
- Use of the barbecue zone in the courtyard of the complex, upon request

Payment terms: 50% non-refundable deposit of the final amount to be paid no later than 7 days after the day of the reservation. The rest is payable upon check-in.

Payment should be made by bank transfer, you will receive the bank details within the booking confirmation. Within the slip you should mention the name under which the reservation has been booked. In case of not receiving the due amount, the reservation will be considered as invalid and the assigned apartments will not be reserved.

Nota Bene: Please consider the officially announced quiet hours in the complex from 22:00 to 09:00.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas

Early departures or no-shows: A fee equal to 100% of your entire stay applies. In the event of a no-show (ie if you neither use nor cancel your reservation), a fee equal to the entire stay will apply. Early departures or cancellations due to bad weather are fully charged.

Travel Insurance: Calithea Complex reserves the right not to grant exceptions to its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, bad weather or other circumstances. It is recommended that you purchase appropriate travel insurance prior to confirming and accepting the terms and conditions and cancellation policy.
