The offer is valid for the period of accommodation from 13.04 to 20.10.2024.

It guarantees:
- Free access to a stable Wi-Fi internet connection
- One-time complimentary refill of coffee, tea and water
- Parking: use of free private parking (reservation not required)
- On prior request, use of barbecue in the yard of the complex
- Free use of the complex's bicycles.

Payment terms: 50% non-refundable deposit of the amount to be paid no later than 7 days after receipt of the reservation. The balance is payable upon check-in.

Payment is made by bank transfer only, you will receive bank account details in the booking confirmation. In the translation, mention the name under which the reservation itself is reserved. If the amount due is not received, the reservation will be considered invalid and the assigned apartments will not be reserved.

Nota Bene: Please note the officially announced quiet hours in the complex from 22:00 to 09:00.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas

Early departures or no-shows: A fee equal to 100% of your entire stay applies. In the event of a no-show (ie if you neither use nor cancel your reservation), a fee equal to the entire stay will apply. Early departures or cancellations due to bad weather are fully charged.

Travel Insurance: Calithea Complex reserves the right not to grant exceptions to its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, bad weather or other circumstances.
