Payment conditions: 50% non-refundable deposit of the final amount must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date. The rest should be paid at check-in.  In case of a failure to collect the owed amount, the reservation will be considered as an invalid and apartments will be no longer saved. When making the bank order, please make sure to write down the name under which you have received your confirmation letter.

Invoicing: In case you would like to receive an INVOICE, please be informed that you should get in touch with us and provide full company details. Please, be aware that due to the Bulgarian legislation, the invoice must be issued up to 5 days after receiving the payment afterwards we are unable to issue one! 

*NOTE: The appointed bank account is in Bulgarian Leva. All additional bank and currency taxes should be covered by the guest himself. The official exchange rate is 1 Euro = 1.95583 BGN

Important remark to know in advance: Please respect the quite hours of the property, they start at 22:00 and finish at 09:00h! 

Early Departures or No-Shows:
A fee equivalent to 100% of your entire stay applies. In the event of a no-show (i.e. if you neither use or cancel your reservation), a fee equivalent of the entire stay applies. Early departures or cancellations due to inclement (bad) weather are fully chargeable.

Travel Insurance:
Calithea Complex reserves the right not to provide exemptions from its cancellation policy for medical or personal matters, inclement weather or other circumstances. It is recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance prior to confirmation and acceptance of terms and conditions and cancelation policy.
