Complex “Calithea” is preparing a surprise for its guests, new hotel section to the already existing apartment complex “Calithea” shall be opened in near future.

The project includes the development of a new hotel building, which shall be situated in direct proximity to the already existing apartment complex and its logical extension. The project has the objective of unifying the two buildings in a gated hotel complex, thus it shall introduce a higher variety of apartments and shall improve the options for entertainment and possibility of an unforgettable stay of the hotel complex guests’.

The hotel building shall consist of a total of 6 levels connected with an elevator and easily accessible to all guests. Similar to the first apartment complex, the style therein shall be with a light and Mediterranean touch, where the main emphasis is the sea.

The first floor of the new building shall include a lobby with a reception desk with guest welcoming area, a restaurant, a conference room, a fitness room, children’s playground, room for quiet games, and a souvenir shop. Floors number two, three, four and five of the hotel shall be structured identically, whereas each floor shall consist of 8 apartments and studios. The three exclusive apartments of the hotel shall be situated on the last sixth floor. Preserving the style of the previous building, all types of apartments and studios herein shall have an unforgettable sea view.

The restaurant at the complex shall only operate with an à la carte menu. It is designated to welcome both complex guests and be accessible for outside visitors, as well. The restaurant shall have a capacity of up to 120 people with outdoor seating arrangement and up to 80 people with indoor seating arrangement. It is appropriate for organizing all types of events and celebrations (including birthdays, baptisms, weddings, corporate events), the organizing of which shall require preliminary application and organization. The terrace of the restaurant shall have a direct sea view. All guests accommodated in the complex shall have the option of choosing between three types of accommodation packages – bed and breakfast option, half board breakfast and dinner option, and accommodation without catering option.

Conference hall “Neptune”,with a capacity of up to 80 seats in theatrical arrangement. The conference hall is fully equipped with multimedia, screen, a microphone, sound system, flipchart and markers. Preliminary applications to organize events and options for arranging coffee breaks shall be accepted.

A small fitness hall with basic fitness equipment, such as exercise bike, treadmill, bars and weights, universal training station.

Children’s playground “Ribarche” – Other than outdoor games (at the open children’s playground in front of the apartment complex “Calithea”), the hotel also offers an indoor children’s playground. There, children can play both board games and have fun in the two-level maze and a slide, ball pool and jumping balls, or they can simply enjoy a portion of our selection of children’s films. Its location provides an opportunity for children to play and have fun without restrictions, while their parents are relaxing in the hotel lobby. Upon request, children animator could be provided, who will guarantee the pleasant experience of children and the comfort of their parents.

Room for quiet games – Here adults and children alike could possibly have fun with some of our game offerings, such as darts, foosball, poker and possibly pool.

Souvenir shop – where guests can purchase a small souvenir as a memorabilia from the complex, such as home-made jam, home-made wine from the complex, a magnet, a key-holder, a greeting card, etc.

In the yard of the gated complex, guests can enjoy the great open infinity pool, the quiet relaxation areas (dispersed at different sites in the yard), the large panoramic terrace of the restaurant with an unforgettable view toward the sea, and our fully opened drinks zone and the expanded free secured parking lot.

The zone which shall connect the apartment building with a hotel portion of the complex shall represent a large landscaped area with many flowers, relaxation areas and benches. The guests in both buildings shall have access to all services and activities of the complex. A splendid pedestrian area shall be formed, which is situated in front of the new hotel section, which offers great sea view. The complex guests shall continue to have direct access to the small barbecue area, the open children playground and the wonderful free bicycles.

On the second, third, fourth and fifth floor the following types of apartments shall be displaced identically: 6 studios and 2 single bedroom apartments on each of the floors. The only difference between the two general plans is that some of the apartments on the second floor have terraces that are a bit deeper than the apartments situated on the third, fourth and fifth floor. Despite the difference in the dimensions of the terraces, due to the structure of the building, the furniture of the terraces from the second up to and including the fifth floor, shall be identical and shall be described in detail herein below.

Studio – like the studios in our apartment complex, each of the studios here has direct sea view. The room is a large premise, equipped with a beverage corner, a double bed and a great wide terrace, where excellent sun-chairs for guests to get some tan have been situated. In the drinks corner, guests can find a jug to warm water, a coffee and a tea set, glasses for water and alcohol, as well as a small variety of tea and coffee. The bathroom and the lavatory are accommodated in one spacious, convenient and comfortable room. For the convenience of guests, the studio shall also have a TV set with a cable television, free Wi-Fi, an air conditioner and a small fridge. The studios are appropriate for single or double accommodation. Some of the studios shall have the capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, with two people sleeping on an extensible sofa.

One-bedroom apartment – The one-bedroom apartment shall also have a breathtaking view to the sea. Similarly to the apartment complex, it shall consist of two rooms (bedroom and a living room with a kitchen top) and it has a spacious lavatory. In the drinks corner, the guests can find a jug for boiling water, a coffee and TV set, glasses for water and alcohol, as well as a small variety of tea and coffee. The bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands, a large mirror and a panoramic window looking to the terrace. The terrace of the apartments consists of two sections – one has excellent sun-chairs for guests to get some tan, and the other offers a leisure spot for guests in our comfortable outdoor furniture for guests to enjoy coffee. An extensible sofa is placed in the living room (appropriate for two people to sleep on), a table, a TV set with cable television. The apartments also have an air conditioner and a free Wi-Fi. The one-bedroom apartments are appropriate to accommodate up to four people. Some of the apartments will have a connecting door to a studio.

Unlike the other accommodation floors, the sixth floor of the hotel offers much more lavish and spacious apartments for accommodation with direct sea view. Overall, the level consists of three apartments.

Exclusive apartments 11 and 9 – Both apartments have a surface area of 164 square meters each. They have a corridor, living room with a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and lavatory and a wonderful terrace with a Jacuzzi. The kitchenette is fully equipped with built-in devices and all necessary small electric appliances and utensils. The living room accommodates an extensible sofa (appropriate for 2 persons to sleep on), dining room table for 6 people, and a TV set with cable television. The apartments also offer an air conditioner and free Wi-Fi. This type of apartment is appropriate both for a romantic getaway of two adults or to meet the needs of a family with two children.

Exclusive apartment number 10 – It has a surface area of 70 square meters. Like the two other exclusive apartments, it has a corridor, living room with a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a lavatory, and a splendid terrace with a Jacuzzi. The kitchenette shall be fully equipped with built-in devices and all requisite small electric appliances and utensils. The living room accommodates an extensible sofa (appropriate for 2 persons to sleep on), dining room table for 6 people, and a TV set with cable television. The apartments also offer an air conditioner and free Wi-Fi. This type of apartment is appropriate both for a romantic getaway of two adults or to meet the needs of a family with two children.
