This is a small apartment which combines a kitchen corner, a dining table with four chairs and a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all integrated appliances and necessary utensils. Bathroom and toilet are part from the studio, as well.

For guests’ convenience, the studio provides a cable TV, free wireless internet and an air conditioning.

Based on the ground floor (1st floor only), the studio provides a lovely sunny terrace type “English garden” with a fabulous sea view. Guests might enjoy a glass of summer cocktail relaxing on comfortable rattan lounge or take some sun baths.

The property is suitable for a family without children seeking privacy and comfort (1 or 2 persons). All guests of the complex receive a single compliment upon check-in: 1 bottle mineral water.
