This is the most luxurious and romantic apartment, located on the top floor of the building. It is known as the pearl of the "Calithea Complex". The magnificent view to the see might be seen from the two large terraces and the huge living room.

The uniqueness of the apartment lays on the fact that it is a maisonette. Wherein on the second floor guests will find the master bedroom and its first 360 degree terrace of the apartment. The bedroom has a direct sea view, behind the sliding panoramic glass walls leading to the large private balcony. Guests can enjoy sunbathing on the terrace by taking advantage of the rattan lounges.

The second bedroom is located on the first floor of the apartment. The bathroom, kitchen and living, as well as the second balcony are also based there room. Like the rest of the apartments, the kitchen is fully equipped with all integrated appliances and necessary small utensils. The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed, two bedside tables,a  large mirror and a window to the courtyard of the complex.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, low table, and a cable TV. The apartment also has an air conditioner and free Wi-Fi.

On the second large terrace guests can find comfortable rattan furniture, a boat type swing and a garden swing.
